Payment for email consultations, meal plans and Skype consultations can be made via Paypal or bank deposit within 7 days. For in-person consultations, payment can be made at the time of appointment, or via Paypal or bank deposit within 7 days.  

If cancelling an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If notice if given after this time, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the consultation rate.
